This isn't your typical approaching a chick in the library of your college. But rather, planting seeds that tend to bear fruit for optimal interactions in 2-3 weeks, months etc...

Here's an example that worked for me before: Posted some interesting far off architecture pictures on my Instagram that I knew an architecture chick would appreciate. She eventually made the first move and commented on the post, thus making the first move of interaction.
