You should do this with everyone... not just women. Your time, effort, and resources are yours! You chose when you use these gifts when you feel it is in your interest. Don’t allow, women, friends, family or work abuse your time and effort. Make the conscious decision about what’s in your best interest and make yourself very clear!

It’s impossible to do this with women consistently when you allow everyone else in life to abuse your time and effort.

This doesn’t mean be selfish in the sense of not giving to anyone. But it does mean you need to see value in your actions, else you demean yourself. Then you only have one person to blame...
