Trying to keep this brief! I'd love some input and perspective.
24 M, 24 F; he's very high value and attractive in terms of career, ambitions, very alpha. I'm high value as well and feminine.

Met in college, wrong timing. Tried dating, was on-off, didn't go too well because of immaturity on both ends, poor communication. Great chemistry, passion, intimacy. Amazing connection mentally and emotionally...
Fast forward 3 years, still love him and care for him a lot. We've both dated other people (not serious relationships, but have talked and dated). We're from different cultures; similar but different.

He has a very demanding job, starting a graduate program, and on top of that starting a business. Insanely busy and work is his priority.

Recently he propositioned me that we date, neither of us see other people, but with the understanding that we can't spend all our time together because of his work constraints. He claims we'd still see each other and can talk whenever I want, but I need to understand RIGHT NOW, it won't be the fairy tale relationship. I won't be seeing him all the time or be able to have all his attention. Yet he said he wants to marry me, and he would in a few years when he is able to provide for me and a family. Apparently this is a common thing in his culture, to know who you're going to be with but not date until you're both ready and serious and can actually provide for the relationship.

So obviously this is a short post and you ladies don't know my/our whole life stories and history, but I'd love some advice from more experienced and wiser women. I've always had the mentality to not wait on a man... I'm also 24 and in my prime...but I do believe in his abilities and love him from a pure and honest place. Am I being dumb and he's just wasting my time? What questions can I ask to really trust and see if he's serious?
