The title is exactly as it sounds. These spare room websites seem to have a bunch of ridiculously hot girls who just moved to the city. This seems like a potential gold mine of places, but I'm wondering how I, as a local, could get these girls. Could message them, then sort out a 'tour' of the house and then go for drinks afterwords. Is there a way I would be able to do this more smoothly/subtly?
