Don't even try to convince them that 3rd wave feminism is bad, because you're already buying into a narrative that 'somehow' it WAS perfect and now it's tainted.

Instead talk about the white feather girls shaming men into fighting WW1, talk about womens' suffrage activists in the US and their racism, talk about suffragette terrorism. Talk about how women in the UK over 30 got the vote the same time as ALL men, because so many men had been killed there would have been a massive imbalance. Talk about how ALL women got the vote, yet men were still the ones expected to be drafted in WW2.

Talk about Erin Pizzey receiving death threats in the 70s because she dared to suggest DV was gender neutral. Hit 'em right in the foundational beliefs.

It took my brother-in-law losing everything including his kids and then having the court order him to pay her for destroying his life after he worked hard, provided, was loyal, and then she cheated and left him to get my mother-in-law to see that shit's not just and it's become as oppressive to men as things used to be for women. No matter how many times I said to her: "Is this the world you want for your brothers and sons?" She just wouldn't hear it until her baby boy was the one getting screwed over.

You can't. They are the benefactors of feminism, the worse it is for you, the better for them. Trying to tell them that feminism is bad is like talking to you about male privilege. Whether it not it's true is irrelevant, since you're the benefactor.
