Found this subreddit after also finding the r/feminism subreddit beforehand.

As a young woman in university, I want to remind you that there are girls out there that care about your issues, support you, here for you, appreciate what you do for us, and I personally love men! 💕

Thank you for being providers, protectors, caring, resilient, strong and clever!

Some of the most amazing, friends and family I have encountered in my life are men and for any of you struggling with the social trend of post-modern feminism please hang in there! You’re a human being too and your issues matter just as much!

Yeah it is unfortunate that the extreme feminists get so much publicity. It can put a negative light on sensible caring women that make up a lot of the population. I guess the squeaky wheel gets the most oil is pretty apt.

The world needs more women like you tbh

Oh yikes. A bad case of the pick-me-itis

I’m already taken, it’s called being kind. Try it and you might find someone too:)

Oh hun, pick me itis is about seeking Male validation cuz you dont have self esteem. Kinda like how your response of "oh but a man does fuck me on the regular!" As if that somehow makes you valid, screams pick-me-itis.

Well, we’re both no-sex before marriage kinda folks due to his family’s religion so no one is fucking me on the regular just yet. lol

That fact that a female showing kindness and concern towards men and their problems in a space where they are discussing issues which they feel effects and hurts them angers you enough to try and put another person down and degrade them says more about your insecurities than it does anyone else. It also just makes you mean and intellectually lazy as well. If you have issues with something feel free to agree or disagree and discuss it with someone like an adult.

Hmm, you still seem to not get it. Picme-itis is about male validation. You came here to get men to shower you with "good girl" comments. And when you get called out for it, you point out having a boyfriend (more Malee based validation)

And genuine kindness is showing concern for men and their issues in good faith. Not seeking out anti feminist men, so that you can throw other women under the bus with your "but i'm not like other gurls!"

No I get it, I just think your narrative is really obscure and delusional and reflects more on how you e probably behaved in the past. Besides, this subreddit mainly raises issues with post modern feminism and radical feminism, and anti feminism can be a viewpoint shared by any gender and this subreddit consists of more than just men. A lot of women, including those who were second wave feminists, have issues with current feminism and its effects.

It’s weird you have such an issue with anti-feminism, yet your first instinct is to put a female down and degrade her for freely speaking her mind, or attempt to find insecurities to pick on her instead of actually having any valid disagreements to make. As far as anti-feminist goes, you’re already the best one here.

For example, I could just as easily say you; “you say the things you say and believe what you believe because you get no validation from men and you’re bitter. “

I’m just not a total cunt though.

This sub, and this world, is anti-woman. But that conversation is a long one and won't be fruitful here.

weird that your instinct is to put a female down.

Wait, are you drawing a conclusion that your sex plays a role in why you are having a negative experience or treatment.? Hmm maybe apply those critical thinking skills to the broader society and you won't find yourself graveling for male approval so much.

[–]thegraveyardcat0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy

Not really, but what I am saying is that if you’re a feminist you’ve made yourself out to be a pretty shit one.

The worlds not anti-woman, people you meet probably just don’t like you because you’re clearly a miserable and rude person, who is too narcissistic to believe it’s your own attitude and therefore must be solely about your gender. For example, imagine if you opened this conversation by respectfully sharing your opinions and beliefs and why they don’t align with mine, you wouldn’t be embarrassing yourself right now.

Please take your bitter and cynical personality elsewhere, you’re not changing my mind and you’re not bringing anything constructive or useful to the table.

And if after all that , a woman had wanted male validation, so what? Newsflash: most straight men also want female validation. It’s called biology, and if that validation was obtained by being respectful and appreciative towards other people then what’s your problem with that? Other than the fact that you’re just despondent.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
