Look at the number of male CEOs, male university presidents, male Senators, male billionaires, etc.

Your pessimism is unwarranted.

I hope you understand there is no logic in generalizing from one anecdote to an entire population.

May I suggest you focus your energy on becoming one of those CEOs or bank presidents or Senators instead of spending time blaming feminism.
