If you solely trust and love yourself, you never get hurt by those that enter your life.

Always be on guard, and even when you do come across the few hidden gems, always be wary. This has a double effect as in, when things go bad it doesn’t bother you as it was to be expected. However, if things go better than expected, it’s a pleasant surprise

It sounds exhausting, but like with anything, it can eventually become second nature when trained. A subconscious defence.

Yea it's sad but I've learned not to depend on anyone. If I didn't have to network to find a job I'd tell most people to fuck off. Most dudes here seem down to earth tho.

Today they lament black actors arent winning awards for crappy roles in bad movies that dont sell. This is a guy who man did he star in some movies and he got snubbed. I grew up in the 90s and he had some great ones. Man on fire, i still almost cant watch him walk across the bridge at the end.

I dont even trust myself sometimes, but for sure I trust myself much more than anyone else.
