You do nothing, because even if she pushes you in the face, people will find her excuses and explain that it's your fault because you made the offensive joke. Better, go on your knees and beg for pardon.

I'm kidding obviously. But what was the joke if we may know? I would either add layers to the joke to make her rage more or start insulting her for her reaction. In both cases never take an intimidating stance, sit down or lay against a wall, keep it super verbal. Just keep one hand near your face, like if you were scratching yourserlf or thinking, you know, to protect yourself in case a punch flies in.
