Separating the need of sex to the need of care. I'd recommend finding each on a different place instead of concentrating in one woman. Befriend girls (it's hard, most of them will use you as an emotional support but it's valid if you do the same, and also there is the thing that once you have a friendship they will start to tell their secrets and reveal their true nature), develop a good relationship with your mom and fuck hookers. Sooner you will realize that you don't miss a girlfriend anymore.

They dont actually want to sleep with you. They want your time and attention, but know that they have to put out to get it.

What she wants is to be treated like an object, not with respect.
