Also, to anyone readimg this, thank you.

Hey all,

So I'm a 19 year old guy in a little European country called Lithuania. Right now, I'm 6"4 (194 cm) 208 lbs (94 kg), have been weightlifting for 3 years and doing combat sports for ~6 months.

The next couple of paragraphs are pretty much an autobiography after which I get to the actual question, so ignore if you don't have the time or interest in reading it.

For most of my life I've been a spoiled little chubby kid. When I was 16, I was around 6"2 and weighed 247 (112 kg) lbs. My parents got divorced when I was ~8 ( I stayed with my mom and I do until this day, my father is a withdrawn wimp who can't let go of his past decisions and claim responsibility for anything), after the divorce I started stress eating and gained a lot of weight. For the next 8 years I was fat, sad, lonely and depressed.

When I turned 16, something suddenly flipped, I began eating super "healthy", but not really (raw cabbage for dinner every day), doing ridiculous amounts of cardio that nearly made me pass out and after all that I followed a rigorous keto diet which put me in starvation mode, rid me of all the fat but also all the muscle I had in my body.

Then, I found Athelan X's YouTube channel, fixed my diet, began following a body building plan, started eating more, gained a bunch of muscle, started feeling better both physically and mentally (with the help of therapy), and once I got into combat sports (BJJ, boxing and kickboxing), my overall confidence began to skyrocket. Flirting, a thing which I wouldn't have even thought about before, now comes to me naturally. Talking to girls, making them giggle, etc. for me right now is easy (thanks to the red pill)

I started working recently as a chef at a restaurant/techno club that I have been going to for years now. Most of the workers here are girls, almost all of them young and attractive, a couple of them in particular.

Now a meaningful number of these girls, once they are around me, act in a way which I would interpret as showing some signs of interest. Some of them get somewhat shy around me, i.e they quiet down a bit, giggle at my jokes, stare at me while I'm not looking at them. Others, the more self-conscious ones, first act disinterested in me, answer my work related questions in a laconic fashion making it seem that they don't want anything to do with me, yet they come back 40 minutes later to me with this silly, childish look on their face asking superficial questions that seem to be there only to spark up a dialogue.

Anyways, once it gets to that breaking point where it feels like if I made a move I might actually get somewhere, I freeze up. It might be because I identify so much with my past self, it might be because I never had a true masculine male role model throughout my life, I don't know exactly why, but I freeze up at their (the girls') peak point of interest and turn away, fearing the unknown.

Does anyone here have some advise on how to change that? I think I've done everything right, but I'm afraid to take the final leap. I guess I know the answers to all the doubts & questions that I raised, so perhaps I'm just asking for some encouragement & validation from men that have it figured out
