I just turned 21 and my best friends cousin (17f) seems to have taken interest in me a month ago snapchatting me a lot, flirting with me and wanting to hang out. I set up at time but it seems we are going to my best friends new years party. She asked if i was going and i said idk yet but might see her there. She responded that she hasn't seen me in forever.
