I really just want another opinion on this whole situation. Alright so basically me and this girl have been dating for a few months & things have been going pretty good so far. I sometimes like girls pictures on Instagram and follow attractive girls so she notices this and brings it up and tells me it bothers her so I stop no problem, I don’t even care it’s not something hard me to do so whatever. Honestly I’m not a jealous person so I don’t even care if she were to like pics or follow dudes, but since she tells me not to do it I’d expect her to do the same right ? Well I have an alternate account that I use sometimes to check up on exes, basically just a burner account so I followed her twitter which is on private and notice she’s liking Hella dudes pics so it just kind of pisses me off that she’s being such a hypocrite. I’m like alright whatever I don’t really care until I see that she follows some dude she used to have feelings for right before we started dating on her Instagram and she knows I’ll see this . She doesn’t know that I know that they used to talk( she says they didn’t sleep together). So i call her out on this saying “ so I thought we weren’t liking anybody’s pics or following guys/girls. She then says oh he’s just a friend from work ( a lie) and oh I swear I haven’t been liking any guys pics(another lie). I then tell her that 1. I know who the guy is and that y’all used to talk and 2. I know that your liking pics on your other social media (we only follow each other on instagram , she doesn’t know about my burner account that I use to creep on her) So then she admits that she was lying to me and likes guys pictures on Facebook and Twitter and that she’s so sorry and she’s not like that blah blah blah. My main issue is not that she’s liking anybody’s pics but the fact that she lied to me over something so stupid such as that. I have been ignoring her for a few days while she keeps texting asking for forgiveness or whatever and I’m just thinking about what I should do . In my mind it’s like if she’s willing to lie over something small like that then what about in the future will she lie over something big ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
