Seen some of these myself. Seen the dirty toilets, the overflowing tampon dispensers, and the chick that can't stop talking on the phone in the toilet. The two that didn't get mentioned here were the adult girl who gets her period but forgets to pack feminine hygiene products (happened to me once when I had to buy my ex a small pack of panty liners after going to the movies) and underwear scattered everywhere on the bathroom floor (which I saw plenty of times, especially at places where it was mostly women. Luckily I never experienced a woman that doesn't shave.

Two things to get from this. One, this was probably a reason why women were so oppresed by things like "etiquette" codes. Heck, even ancient books like the Bible has regulations looking after women's health and hygiene habits. Because women left unchecked can be gross. And two, there's a reason there's still men's dress codes. It's not just looks or uniformity. You don't want to be in say, and oil rig working next to a hand that's not showering and not washing his FRs. It's not just that he's going to stink of oil and sweat and grime, that son of a bitch can potentially catch fire because his clothes are caked in oil and grease and cause a misshap.
