I told her right before christmas break that when we are done with our exams I’m going to take you out.

I asked her out thru text and I said “we’re goin out this friday” which she replied to that she was busy that day. I just wrote okey as a response.

The day after she calls me and ask me if I’m mad at her, because she felt she came of rude saying she was busy and not offering an alternative day. She also explained why she couldn’t meet up with me that day, her best friend came for the holidays.

But we ended up goin out spontaneously the same week, we were eating dinner with some classmates and afterwards we wanted to go get some drinks. But the rest wasn’t so hyped about that. So it was only me and her left, and we ended up at a bar. At first she came of as little uncomfortable probably had something to do with the phone call she gave me earlier that week. When she started to get a lil drunk, she started to talk about it.

I kept frame and was unfazed by her trying to get a reaction from me, to seem that I was butthurt. She said that she must’ve misunderstood my reaction, and explained herself that she never denied me that she was just busy which I replied to “I know, because I know you want to go out with me” and she answered back “good that you know” she was also supposed to meet up with her friend later that night, but she stayed with me for 5 hours.

Haven’t set up a second date with her yet, we started school this week!

How long should I wait for ask her out again? I don’t want to come of as to desperate.
