The inherent male sexual desire, manifested in several forms - simping, orbiting, helping women. And the ensemble of all the men doing this, supporting this gynocentric society. How it's been put to use to support this civilization; thus realizing the gynocentric nature of it. It's all nature's trick, the female of the species have long survived, benefitted and rose to power exploiting this and in the era of equality they continue to do so.

One man can't undo what is happening in the collectivist scale; all he can do is to identify this nature's trick/tendency and refuse (himself) to act on it.

This is to browbeat you into the past through accusations/guilt tripping. Don't bother to give it back with rationality and logic; for them, the right side of the equation is fixed, no matter how absurd things are on the input side.

It would take some time to condition oneself to this new freedom (or, get rid of the inherent blue pill conditioning). Philosophically there is no choice in this path; it's like once you took the red pill there's no coming back provided you govern yourself with objective reasoning.

As Stardusk always say, MGTOW isn't for everyone; a bitter experience of being scalded in the aforementioned system, and/or the intellect to observe keenly what's happening to men in the long run, even the strongest of the alpha and the will to so see past the momentary desires is what it takes to override the biological conditioning.

If it's really that easy, every Tom Dick and Harry would have gone their own way and society would have collapsed long back, isn't it.

Past the 'i am not' phase comes the 'i am this', but by then you wouldn't need to be in this sub or any of the male spaces anymore. That, is the answer to the criticism of 'why don't they just go their own way'. It's all in the doing than in winning keyboard wars in giving a fitting reply.
