I started working as a bouncer at a college sports bar recently (I'm a college student). I'm about 6' and pretty jacked. One night working there, I had a girl approach me with her friend and say I was really cute and asked for my number. Last night I was working and my friend who works with me was saying that a group of girls kept looking at me. When I'm at the door checking IDs I will notice girls making eye contact and kind of looking at me without saying anything - Is this an IOI? I've noticed that a lot of girls will come in groups which makes it harder to game them since they're in front of their friends and might have ASD. What is a good strategy to game girls as a bouncer? Should I make small talk with them when they come in and get their number when they're leaving?
