In my earlier 20s I shared a house with two random roomies - one girl one guy. Never had issue with the guy. Girl started out ok but like a year in she just decided to stop paying rent. It was nightmare situation for the landlord. After like 5 mos of not paying rent that the girl's parents had to bail her out.

Idk what goes through their head that they think they can justify this type of behavior.
