Several things you can do.

You can reinvest it in yourself by purchasing tools/equipment that can help you earn more than you currently can.

Invest it in a mutual fund for a future item, like a car.

You can fix/replace things in your life that would improve your quality of life. Such as household goods.

Just don't spend it all on vapes and video games or whatever

With that little amount you're better off with just saving it for a rainy day or when you really want something (a watch, new phone,...). Investing with <1000(0) Euro is useless imo especially with all the fees.
