i fucking hate it and it drives me crazy. they also "sneak up" or try to "catch" you of wrong doing why?

It scares the SHIT out of me. (does not seem to bright to try to sneak up on people or startle people like that)

it's not "cute" or "feminine" it is literally autistic. (I used to work in an autism center and some kids would like to to tip-toe around however this is not normal behavior)

I noticed particularly white women do this. I never see black/hispanic women do it. (granted their women are more masculine as a group)
