no. its not weakness. at first i thought its weakness. but think about it.

we were hunters. hunters need only straight vision. not like prey (eg. deer need more peripherel vision to spot predators)

we hurt. we kill. evolved to hunt. not to being hurt. so we dont have to bear any physical pain. thats why lower pain threshold.
