There comes a point in the life of every attractive man where they must turn down women who don't meet their standards. Maybe they're too fat, too ugly, too needy, or maybe nothings wrong truth them and they just aren't your type. Whatever the case may be, attractive men will be put into positions where they have to turn pussy down.

This in itself isn't problematic, infact it's an indication that you are rising through the hierarchy. The trouble lies with how you turn women down. If done incorrectly, you could be subject to her petty revenge schemes or wind up the chased victim of a betamale lynch mob! You think you can only get #MeToo'd by actually having sex with women? No!!! It's officially 2021, and hysteric women are not above ruining your reputation for not slinging that meat on them.

But I'm going to give you the secret to let a women down easy.

Right now.

There are a few key elements that are involved when preserving a woman's emotions when you reject her. The first and most important thing to remember is to frame the rejection as if it is your loss. You want her coming out of the conversation feeling equal or higher value than you, even if it's clearly not the case. This means you will have to swallow your pride, but let's be honest, that typically gets us into trouble anyways.

One time, I had a woman who was just too thick for me ask me to hang out. Knowing that she is popular, and being aware any harshness on my part could lead to rumors being spread, I decided to say this: "I'm sorry Stacy, but if we hung out and one thing led to another... I really just see myself as someone that would hold you back from your full potential. I don't wanna do that to you."

She resisted a little, saying "what do you mean you wouldn't hold me back," and this is where the second element comes into play.

You need to be able to repeat your point in several similar ways until she gets the message.

I don't know the exact psychological concept to describe this, but when you repeat yourself in different ways, most people interpret that as you explaining your point in a thorough manner, when in reality you're just saying the same thing in a different way!

After a few repetitions, she started to believe it too. When I heard it told from mutual acquainted, it seemed like "I was a thoughtful person and cool about it."

So, to recap, to let women down easy, you need to frame the rejection as if she is the one benefitting from it, and paraphrase yourself multiple times if necessary.

Now let's say you're already in a relationship with a woman that you lost interest in. This next technique can be applied to Plates, LTRs, and anything in between. Once again, you must swallow your pride for this to work.

You need to act like a little beta bitch.

In plate relationships, you want a balance of push, push, push, push, pull, and then for healthy LTRs it looks something more like push push push pull pull, now for when you want a girl to break up with you have to make it look like pull pull pull pull pull!

Call and text her all the time. Be clingy. Remind her how much you love her by the hour. She needs to think you worship the ground she walks on and sniff the air that comes out her backside. If you behave this way long enough, she won't be able to resist her instincts screaming at her to dump your ass.

Once again, this is done in order to prevent any retaliation for ending a relationship prematurely and against the woman's wishes. Of course you won't have the egoic satisfaction of knowing you created an alpha widow, but thats something we can all live without.
