If you aren't noticeably fit, I would say the former but I'm just guessing.

It can be a real benefit to seem innocent, though - you are perceived as more trustworthy and may do well in sales for example. You also may be more approachable and seem more energetic and charismatic.

That’s never a bad thing, conversely good. You don’t have to look like an old grunt just to play to the dichotomy, and butchering your image for poon is a quick road to depression.

The younger you look, the younger the girls attracted to you will be.

Better to look 30 at 20 than 25 at 40 - At 20 you'll be around all the young girls and can capitalize on it - double dates, meet thier friends etc, at 40 there won't be any young girls around, if so not for long. 40 you'll be getting all the post wall girls wanting an older established man.
