Hey what's up, I hope that you guys are doing well. I would like to humbly ask you for some red pill advice. Currently I am a master's student (24 years old, due to corona, every class in my program is online) in xyz, chasing excellence and trying to make a dent in the universe.

I live in a flat with three other people: a weird guy (I cannot talk to him about anything, he's kinda autistic) and two chicks. The chicks are super close to each other and have a lot of fun. I tried to help them many times (I carried six-packs of water for them, sometimes bought them milkshakes...) in order to get their sympathy, but then I realized that it's a stupid strategy and that they weren't grateful anyways (not even a fucking thank you). When it comes to hobbies and interests, we share almost nothing... They always talk about some shit I don't care about (male korean/chinese pop artists, food, boring romcom series...) and the whole situation is awkward, because I feel lonely and isolated. Sometimes we have arguments, but they are always two against me (they always support each other and go against me - double trouble). I learned to just turn my back on them and walk away...

In the last few weeks I work on my assignments. I also have a student job (analyzing data from home 20h/week). I jog 4 times a week and in the remaining days I do bodyweight exercises (with that comes cooking for myself and eating healthy). However, I cannot stop thinking about the girls and about the fun they have (laughing out loud, cooking and eating together, talking to each other all the time).

I would love to find more male/female friends, but I live in Europe and the corona restrictions here are very strict, so I am stuck at home. Please could you give any tips on how to stop thinking about the girls/fill out my extra time/entertain myself? Sometimes it just sucks to do everything alone and to be lonely...
