Not just wish , actually make several surgeries , hormonal replacement therapy , train voice feminization , eletrolisys ( permanent facial hair removal) , face bigotry from the world just to become a woman ... And let's remember , FtM is more rare than MtF , while FtM is easier , just look at pre/post transition videos , "turn into a man" is faster and easier than the reverse .
