First off, good job. Most men cannot even do what you just did.

Now. Improve your studies and LIFTING. If some LEGITIMATE UNWORKABLE reason you cannoy go to the gym, bodyweight exercises. Pushups, Planks, Squats.

Studies? Doesn't matter that much but the main goal is getting to a good degree/college/university when the time comes. If you are already on Uni get good enough grades (3.0 atleast as your aim or the highest you can recover it to) but do focus on getting interns and connections with regard to future employment. Point is. Improve your career prospects.

Get a part time job if you can. It can fund your gym, haircut and grooming products. Maybe new clothes.

Eat right. Drop sugar. Lose weight or be fit. Lifting.

Get good sleep. Video games most likely deprived you of that.

Consider meditation. Helps you undo years of dopamine and stimulus abuse from video games and porn. Helps your discipline and focus too. Research main sub for more info. There is a recent post on it too.

Limit faps to twice a week at most.

Self improvement comes first.

You will have free time. Find a PRODUCTIVE or USEFUL hobby. Or read up on RP Theory. Sidebar -> Top posts of all time on the mainsub. Reading books like 48 laws of power and Art of Seduction help. No More Mr. Nice guy too.

After maybe 3 months? 6 if you deem it so, you can start hitting on girls and working on social ability. May consider cold approaches/day game practice and theory at this point.

TLDR: Self Improvement/Brushing up on RP theory -> Internalize RP -> Social -> Girls.

Photography is a good hobby to get into if you want an "excuse" to leave the house. I like to go for walks and shit but to drive into town I need a purpose. Photography gives me a reason to go out when there is no other, and it can productive if you wish to take it seriously.

Follow the 12 levels but instead of making it about a sexless marraige make it about breaking the chains of incel-dom.

Lift. 3-4 90 minute workouts at the gym a week, 3 60 minute r/bodyweightfitness on days you aren't at the gym. Total strength training time 10 hours a week.
Create a tinder and snapchat. Snapchat your healthy diet and gym stuff. Add women on snapchat through tinder, keep your story consistent with gym and diet. Snap your r/bodyweightfitness poses - some are interesting as fuck.
Get out of the house and start building a social circle. Start passing shit tests as you gain social acumen. Watch rsd videos - focus on Luke's social circle blueprint.
Get out of the house and find some good co-ed hobbies. Rock climbing, yoga, volleyball, water polo, mixology, photography, music production.
Get rid of your fat boy wardrobe. If money is tight go to goodwill/ross/tjmaxx. Get some sweet sneakers.
Start using pickup artistry tactics with your newfound social circle as you get introduced to women through friends. Watch rsd videos - focus on the rsdfreetour Playlist.
Integrate your lifting, tinder, snapchat, social circle, hobbies, wardrobe, and pickup into a lifestyle. Consider switching careers based on what YOU want. Consider switching cities.
