No... Wikipedia is not sexist... Wikipedia itself doesn't have employees. They hire freelancers or volunteers which means you have to go to them and ask for work. It's like being a babysitter or mowing lawns for money. You go to someone, ask to do work, and they choose the answer. You don't need to have a resume or work experience. Because 87% of men are editors it just means 87% of people who asked to edit for Wikipedia and got a Yes from them were men. This isn't even remotely sexism.

wiki editors are volunteers, so it isn't anyone's fault men are volunteering more
