Traditional masculinity means:

Real men never beat women.

Real men put women on pedestals.

Real men are never sexually attracted to anything else than women.

Real men are the sole or primary providers.

Real men are emotionally repressive.

None of the ideals of traditional masculinity encourage oppression or violence against women, in fact the opposite is true, traditional masculinity encourages men to self sacrifice for women, traditional masculinity encourages violence but against other men not women.

What was oppressive for women was female gender roles not traditional masculinity, both genders are equally responsable for oppressive gender norms so traditional femininity is not a male ideal anything more than traditional masculinity is a female ideal.

Feminine toxicity has existed for just as long as masculine toxicity.

Women have been belittling and harassing men since either existed. They use passive aggressive methods to stress and harm men. They try to change the man to their view of a perfect man and then dump him because he is no longer interesting. They have been using sex as a bargaining tool, divorce as a weapon, child access as blackmail etc.

So it is incredibly pathetic for this women to sit there and claim that toxic femininity does not exist or is somehow the fault of men.
