What can I do with guys I meet at mid 20s? What would be a typical thing to do? I'm asking because I don't know.

  1. Show up at professional events.

  2. Find people who have common interests, passions, views with me

  3. Make friendly connections with these. Exchange contacts.

  4. Do something with them but what? What to do with "bros"?. Build rapport.

  5. Get myself invited to join their social circle

  6. Join and make more friends

  7. Rinse and repeat

I couldn't make any friends yet in this city I recently moved to, so I'm gonna try to follow this plan here. If it matters, I don't drink alcohol, I'm not good at any sports, I don't have hobbies. My life consists of my profession, my goals and self improvement. I got nothing else. I have some cool achievements, I can make up stories, I can talk intelligently and make people feel understood (well, I will try). I'll fail along the way but that's ok.

What kind of friends I am looking for? First off, I want to learn how to make friends again. I want friends to just shoot the shit, maybe go out to clubs or bars (I don't drink though), go to skydiving, shooting, sailing, racing etc.

Actually what I want mainly is to have people in my life that I can talk to. I need them to improve myself. I need them to feel good about myself because without them I am not able to improve myself. I don't need their approval. I don't need their company. I am fine alone by myself but I want to see myself being good at talking to people, telling stories, influencing, convincing people, leading people, gently enforcing my frame on them. For that I need to be in some social circle and I need to be in constant touch with people. I want to take action. I want to apply what I learn. For that I need people.
