Women literally don’t think about men at all unless they are getting something directly from a man. They don’t think about where their food comes from or who builds roads and buildings. They don’t think about their utilities. They don’t think about defending their freedoms. Most women actually believe they are as physically strong as men and if you challenge that idea with science you will see her rage. 70 years of propaganda, indoctrination, and feminist law has made women a social caste separate from most men. affirmative action is a giant fraud. doesn't matter whether it's race or sex. affirmative action has been around for 40 fucking years. the shitbags people who were blackballing someone for race/sex didn't change their ways, they just retired or died of old age. and women/minorities are still losing. it's because all that affirmative action bullshit fails means testing EVERY FUCKING TIME.

first off, this happens because that whole initial promise of affirmative action was a lie. they threw it out immediately after they got a little bit of influence. they basically said AA would only be used to push someone over the hump if they were otherwise equal. but they don't do that. you get bonus oppression points for your race/sex, and someone who "is oppressed" can be significantly worse than another straight white christian male (or especially an asian) and still beat him in. these people in these spots are objectively losers compared to the people they're squeezing out.

here's why AA fails in a pretty simple math example. let's say a blind class (or hiring round) has 20 people in it, all merit based. 15 males, 5 females (pretty typical in basically everything that's not education, nursing, or some complete and total quota position). because it's blind, let's say the probability that a woman in the class is genuinely equal to a man in the class is pretty close to 1 (it's not, but let's just say it is). so by basic distributions, you have;

one woman in the top 4,
another in 5-8,
another in 9-12 (middle),
another 13-16, and
the last is 16-20.

then the school realizes they're not pumping out enough women, so to make up for it, they rejigger the class, cutting the bottom 8 males, and adding 8 women, yielding a class of 7 males and 13 women. great for diversity, right?! but the women added are worse than ALL of the women (and men) previously there because they would otherwise have made it in on blind admissions. and now the breakdown looks like this...

of the top 4, one is female and 3 are male.
with 4-8, one is female, the other 3 are male.
the remaining male is 9 or he would have been cut.
and the bottom 10 fucking spots are all women.

they didn't just increase female representation... they guaranteed the average woman in that class is significantly worse than the average male. and because the guys know their actual competition (the guys who were originally in the class) has been replaced by objective losers, they can slack off and shoot the shit and still utterly dominate.

but wait, there's more! we know from actual race/sex blind admissions that the distributions in any particular class size is NOT flat. it's not a probability of 1 that males are equal to females. so in reality, you're looking more like of that 15 male, 5 female class, that there are zero females in the top 8, a single female around 9 or 10, and 4 females in the bottom 10. so now when you replace 8 males with 8 females who are less qualified than the worst female there, now suddenly the top 7 spots are ALL male, and the bottom 13 are ALL female, most of whom are not qualified to be there. now the average male is at least 1 std deviation better than the average female.

and then it gets even worse. that modeling only applies to the top tier institutions. when every institution is trying this bullshit, it creates a vacuum effect. the top tier gets this, but one or two tiers down, the women filling in the spots they didn't earn are MANY times worse. and the guys who would have made it into higher tiers have now been pushed down into lower tiers artificially, meaning some female/minority from tier 3 or 4 has been pushed up to 2, and a guy was pushed down from 1. so now we're talking multiple standard deviations between the average white/asian male over an "oppressed" demography. so for the incredible majority of men in the workplace/classroom, if you ever walked out thinking you're probably the smartest and/or most accomplished person in the room... it's because you objectively ARE significantly smarter/accomplished over every single female/minority in that room.
