They think that there is a way to have a kid with only two women. I forget what it is, but it's bullshit that doesn't work. When it's tried the baby usually has some sort of disability that causes it to die in like two days. RadFems can't accept that you just need both a man and a woman to procreate.
Edit: I remember it has something to do with bone marrow or something.
