Instead, take the time to imagine yourself on how you can be better in life, and set some realistic goals to get there. One example is getting my teeth looking good so I look good. Get dental insurance and find a decent dentist. Easy. Next, get yourself in a higher paying career to pay for things you might like, be it travel, a decent house, or whatever you like or might want. I'm thinking electrical engineering so I can give homes and businesses electricity and make great money. Embrace the suck and keep your eyes on the prize. If you see an attractive woman, just continue to focus on yourself and if you have to, when you get home, jack off enough so you don't have to think about her with your lizard brain anymore. Believe you can get better.
