This question might be a little off topic but I have a problem. Working with women.
I'm an industrious guy with a good heart, men respect this but every single organization I join or start it's always ruined by women. They infiltrate and destroy them from within.
What's the best way to approach this issue? How do you position yourself to use them for their skills while keeping the integrity of the system?
