OP I’ve been here before. My advice is to lie. Just say you’re open to a relationship should the right girl come along if she asks. Then when she starts pushing tell her that you need a bit more time to fully trust or get to know her. Say whatever you have to. Even if you have to lie that you’re still healing from a 3 year long relationship. Eventually she will leave but you can string her for as long as possible.

As for how o can be ok with hurting her feelings. Well I came to realize is that she would put herself first and string you along if not outright reject or friendzone you if the shoe were on the other foot. Those women who are chasing you or crying over you are also doing the same to some other guy. Actually probably multiple guys at once so think of it as a bit of karma. Even some of the nicest women flake, ghost, stonewall, gaslight etc so don’t feel bad. They would also rather be pumped and dumped then get absolutely nothing from you. I learnt this the hard way. So lie a bit. Don’t be honest and don’t feel bad.

Also some women tend to start acting up once they’re in a relationship and they slack. This will keep them on their toes.
