The red pill to me is about taking responsibility for my situation. This means I have to better myself to get what I want. This to me is the cruxt of the entire red pill idea.

There is the reality society teaches us about the relationships between men and women. The rules may have been applicable to one point in history -- but society has changed, so we must change alongside it --- As we always have.

It isn't that women are necessarily evil, its more they follow their nature which is ultimately destructive if left unchecked. That is the same for men. And we must act accordingly to the new rules of society.

Neither are necessarily superior as a whole, but a recognition of what is expected, and necessary of men, and our role to enforce those expectations on others around us.

Another being that being men, we recognize our role as not just mere providers, but actors. We should not react, we start/instigate all things. We shape the world around us. We take responsibility, and accountability into our daily lives, and don't expect others to be responsible for us. Our trust in women is the fact that we accept they will refuse responsibility at virtually any turn until we give them only one of two real choices: Lose it all, or fall in line.

That is my loose interpretation.

TRP personally preaches how to become a better person. It also teaches us to see the truth of this world, free from societal influences. One might argue that TRP is an influence itself, but to me this supposed "influence" is the one I want, the one I love.

We live in a world of business and in this world, everything is a transaction. We play political games, and TRP teaches us to see through these games, to be realistic. Whilst we all have our ideals, most of them cannot be realised and thus we must compromise. TRP allows us to acheive the best compromise by bettering ourselves.

Personally, what has helped me most is FRAME. If you believe in your million dollar cock, women will believe in suit. If your sense of self is utterly deflated, others will see the same. The results speak for themselves.

Gotta understand there are two sides to TRP. First is the theory which attempts to explain why men and women behave the way they do. It's based on observation and experimentation, what works and what doesn't. Then there is the practical application side which is about what to do and how to navigate the current world.

For me personally it was about understanding the real rules that men and women operate on in the sexual marketplace. You can't expect to win a game without knowing the rules first.

I can do what I want and act how I want. http://bit.ly/18jEojR

thanks for the read! you're the sort of guy i'd want to head out for a drink with to talk about all of this. you seem level headed, like you've got a direction and know what you want. i respect that. i'm trying to transition myself into a place where red pill fits well, and meshes with my actions fluidly. it's rather difficult after living a completely different way pretty much my whole life!

Observation & Adaption

[–]1 Endorsed Contributormordanus 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

For me personally I have been told all my life that I am an equal to women. No matter what the situation was they can always do things equally well as I can. That has never matched up with my observations of the world and I hated how it felt like the whole world was lying.

I have also noted how differently women are in dating and attraction and have been lied to all my life that it is simply a social construct. I noticed that in high school I'd go months with no girls talking to me and then all of a sudden a gaggle of them would flock to me and laugh at every stupid thing I said. And when one of them would decide I wasn't good enough then all of them would stop talking to me.

The red pill made me understand why women do certain things and how we were inherently different. It was the only group that has pointed out these things using the same data that I have found to be true in my own life.

I would also like to add that TRP is the only people that have explained what I was doing wrong to be so unattractive and that it was my responsibility to fix it.
