ktchong is right about 99% of high tech workers in the US on work visas, especially in the liberal parts of the US. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the other parts of America but definitely find that FOBs are stereotyped to hell and back in liberal areas.

As to your question, it is going to be an uphill battle. You have to be 2x better than every other guy at your SMV level and given that your culture would have burdened you with twice as much in terms of cultural limitations, you have 4x work to do. The one thing you need to accept is that you will always be seen as an outsider. It is just how humans are. So, follow all the advice you find here but put in several times more effort to see improvements.

Since I've started frequenting the red pill, I now notice many foreigners who have found success within the dating culture here. What do they do differently ? They are super social, that is organizing events and in general having fun and being fun to be around. They are well dressed as in they have cultivated their own style which makes them look above average. Very well spoken, that is having an accent that is understandable and is more american than foreign and, also articulate. Confident, they are not in awe of the women here and treat them normally. Finally, and most importantly, they are all very fit and well groomed. This last part is critical because you will not get your foot in the door if you don't catch eyeballs.
