Context:

I was falsely accused, detained (only in a police cell. No jail time), released and exonerated. Her case was so weak that it was dismissed in less than a weak and never even made it to the court room. I opened two lawsuits since then.

  1. A civil lawsuit against the state for false imprisonment, racism and violating several procedures relating to having someone detained, and the length of time they are legally allowed to detain someone without evidence.
  2. A separate criminal lawsuit against my lying cunt of an ex because she provided the false information in the first place.

It's been roughly 8 months since I was falsely accused and there has been no real progress. I don't know if it's due to the pandemic, the gynocentric legal system, or generally the and disorganized justice system in the shit hole of a country I unfortunately live in, my lawyer being terrible at his job, or some fucked up combination of all three.

While my lawyer was swift in getting me out, the main grievance I have with him is his lack of communication. To be clear, I'm not excepting him send me a list of information on text or to have a lengthy call with me over the phone.

Seriously... All I'm fucking asking is for the following three things:

  1. When are you available at your office?
  2. To confirm what time best suits him.
  3. To confirm that he has updates, because I don't want to waste both of our time showing up for nothing.

To guys who have experience with being falsely accused, feel free to let me know if I'm being unreasonable.

So I've decided to show up at his law firm unannounced. I know it's not professional and there's a good chance he might not even be in because he's at court or something, but there's a limit to a man's patience and politeness.

It pisses me off that my cunt of an ex can file such a baseless accusation, days after we are no longer together and not in living in the same area code. Then worthless shit-for-brains police officers detain me without conducting ANY investigation whatsoever. No apology after I was released and exonerated.

But now that's it's time to me process my case, the legal system is dragging its ass.
