One of the thing I observed in my Harvard educated boss was his staying clear of women. When I was young Joinee under him , we used to call ourselves “Bajrang dal : Indian community of guys only “ and us boys that time used to hate the lack of women in my department while other departments were full of women. Hell some of my group boys even told in annual HR meet the need of gender diversity in my department .

Lo and behold few years have passed from that time and I am sort of in his position now .

I will never take women in my department and the reasons are endless :

  1. They don’t put same amount of effort guys put .

  2. They want “ work life balance “ that is work Till 6 and then let department go to hell after that while boys want to grow and they work longer hours.

  3. A woman in my company got quick promotions by sleeping with his old boss ( in his 50s ) When That Old boss moved to other company she was approached by another boss in 50s ( because I think she got famous in lecherous people of power circle ) She filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against this new boss and he was terminated. List goes on and on

So I stay away from them for good
