Honestly I used to be pretty liberal... I was all about supporting the "disenfranchised" and minorities deserve to be propped up by their government. All that shit. Then I left my parents' house and startes trying to make it on my own. I had some setbacks some might call "disabilities" but I fought through that shit and came out the other end a productive member of society making real contributions. I realized that this "victim mindset" bullshit is not only untrue and foolish... it's dangerous.

Women justify a lot of the shit they do to men (divorce rape, taking full custody when the man demonstrates he's a good father, false sexual misconduct accusations) by hiding behind the "patriarchy". I can't accept that. I now support a smaller goverment... handout programs should only give people who are down on their luck subsistence level support to incentivize them to get a fucking job. Disability is for the truly disabled. Our foreign policy should be more reciprocal... simply put for these third world countries "What have you done for me lately?" Better improve our GDP/infrastructure to have any hope for U.S. involvement in your problems.
