I can't help but feel as if there were something profoundly wrong about relations between men and women in our society. It seems to me that the objectification of women has lead to other forms of degeneracy and possibly the alienation of some men. It's very unhealthy. There seems to be rampant cliches of the hero getting the girl. It appears to be a lot of pressure on men to pursue women, and pressure on women to look attractive to men. Many videos coaching about how men should talk to women can be seen on the internet as if they were somehow from another planet. Isn't there a problem when two people don't know how to talk to one another? Is this just a phenomenon that occurs in western culture? Why is it that access to women is used to influence the behavior of men? Aren't there better things for young men to pursue in life? Why does the court system in the united states statistically treat both genders unequally?
