I think Kamala Harris is getting a raw deal by being called a prostitute for dating Willie Brown.

In my mind, the casting couch is only prostitution if there's a definite agreement that someone will get a roll/position for sex.

I think if there's only a better chance at getting what you want through sex but no promise, it's not prostitution.

I think it's clear that Harris' situation with Brown was at worst in the second category I just described. We don't even have proof that anything sexual happened between them, so I think it's likely there's nothing even approaching prostitution regardless.
