You're MGTOW, you get a woman pregnant: what is your responsibility to the child?

I'll start by saying that my question is purely hypothetical! Even before I was MGTOW, I was terrified of getting women pregnant so I always used a condom. Several of my long-term girlfriends occasionally wanted me to not use a condom, insisting that it meant "I didn't trust them".

But if I had got them pregnant, I probably would have married them for the sake of the child. Even now that I am MGTOW, I probably would. I'm not sexually active so it doesn't matter. But what are your views on the topic? If you get a woman pregnant, she wants to keep the baby, you get a DNA test and it is yours: what are your responsibilities to your child?
