Short background story:
Grew up in a broken household which always left me with a dire need to start a family of my own and find someone i could love. Pathetic.
Full story:
Met this girl over 3 years ago. Since the moment I met her I knew she was the one... or at least I thought she was. She had seen me through my worst moments, and stood by my side while i slowly watched my world fall apart and slowly rebuild itself due to circumstances of life and depression.
Now, I admit, when I first met her I was standoff-ish. I had came from a disastrous relationship. I didn't know what I want but i thought she was a sweet girl and I wanted to test the waters. She was 7 years older than me and had more experience with relationships. This was a turn off, but she insisted and I caved in.
"A woman is a lock and a man is a key. If a key opens a lot of locks, it is a master key. But if one lock is opened by lots of keys, it is a dodgy lock."
3 years into the relationship and we started making wedding plans. That's all it took. My whole perspective had changed about her throughout those years. She stood by my side no matter how many times I pushed her away. Any doubts i had about her faded away and I started to see a side of her Ive never seen before. She earned my trust and I was madly in love.
Days started to close into our wedding day. She started to act differently. As the days had gone by, she started to distance herself. All communication was cut off completely and I started to worry about her. It got to the point where I knew nothing about her. The flights we had scheduled to Vegas (bought with my card) had been credited to her Jetblue account. I had to cancel all of our plans and I lost nearly $1k on the flight which I'm assuming she's enjoying on other trips. Ive tried looking for her but it seemed like she had vanished from the face of the world. She had thrown away 3 years of love & build up trust.
Women are ruthless. They will take your heart and obliterated it like an abandoned house burning into ashes.
