Trying to live without social media and the internet

I've been trying but it's so hard. It's insane how hard it is. Everything feels so slow both in a good way and bad way. This whole cultural thing of looking at your phone all the time and mindlessly browsing the internet just feels un-masculine. I don't know but almost like there's something fundamentally wrong with life that makes us need to do it.
