For some of us, Viagra is still the go to pill. It is all about what works for each person. The goal is get hard and stay hard and do your business but do not stay at the scene too long, unless you could risk being lassoed by the emotional shit rope.

Not sure exactly what you are asking but if it’s dick problems here’s the golden rules:

Stop masturbating/ejaculating: Nofap will create semen retention. It’s like closing a valve, when you reopen it your body will have no choice but to get hard to cum.
Exercise. Blood flow issues are related to lethargy. When you run, and lift weights on a consistent basis your body will build up more testosterone and make you more sexually viable.
Eat more fruit. I swapped out eating trash for breakfast (pancakes, biscuits, sausage) and starting gorging on fruit. Pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, bananas. Go crazy, all of the vitamins and minerals will support healthy sexual function.
