At a crossroads right now where I have a option to go back to work and make middle class wages and own nice things or go off grid (in a location with a lot of off grid communities and crown land).

Rat race trade off would be nice things, gym, netflix etc and security I suppose Off grid would be nature, adventure, and freedom from government but possibly harder time making it.

Also I do have a lot of wilderness experience

Any thoughts.
