I’m well past the rage gentleman, I’m grateful for this page. I’m done with dating, I’m grateful for the female friends I have but I will never cohabitate or marry.
I’ve gone my own way for 2 years now, and the progress I have made is astonishing compared to previous years. I’m a creative guy who does large paintings, makes music. I have had quite a lot of artistic hobbies over the years, and now I’m feeling doors and opportunities open all around me. Im selling artwork at double the price I was a year ago, I’m painting twice as much content compared to when I was in a relationship. I’ve become far better with money, far fitter and healthier. Far more at peace with life.
Love has become a transaction these days, and although we are wired to find companionship and Intimacy, I can’t help but feel like all the times I’ve been loving a woman have been nothing more than in-the-moment indulgence. Having sex, making out on a couch, all forms of intimacy are nothing compared to the fulfilment and joy that mastery and moving forward bring me. I’m only 29, but I’ve had my fair share of dating. I’ve seen both ends of the spectrum. I’ve dated the worst kind of women, the ones who snapchat endlessly, do drugs and create conflict from nothing. Ive dated the best kind of women, the ones who are reasonable, honest, stay away from social media, and take care of themselves and their community. But in both scenarios, my freedom and autonomy to succeed in my own pursuits has become FAR more valuable than going out for brunch all the time, and spending one on one time building trust with somebody that I have play out an expectation-filled narrative.
Time is our most valuable asset, time to work, time to relax, time to choose our next moves at a moments notice. Unapologetically and without permission.
All the best to you gentlemen out there! Enjoy life, even in the darkest times.
