I was watching a video from 1% better and there was a moment that made me go whoa, that’s me. He said something similar to, there’s so many entrepreneurs out there who are “working” or “thinking” or “planning” but aren’t getting anything done because they’re afraid of getting out of their comfort zone.
That really struck me hard. I know what I want but I can’t push myself to do it.
I think it could be due to one of a few things and would like to hear your responses if these things are what are holding me back.
-
Possible depression or stress. I don’t really like being at home parents fight and high school is stressful not only because of the intense workload but because I’ve been falsely accused and everyone ofc believes her. That’s a story for another time.
-
Addictive interference. I’ve been working on NoFap for a while now. I have my ups and downs and my porn addiction has been drastically reduced. It’s a Work in progress. Maybe too much video games and technology?

Laziness. I put tasks off and procrastinate, but on things I don’t want to do. When I want to do something I just do it, but this is different. I can’t find the energy to just get working on long term goals.
These are the things that I believe are holding me back. Advice on how to break through this wall or get started on a solution is much needed and appreciated.
