I’m done with this girl and all women for that matter but I can’t go forward without getting justice. This girl basically used me and was a huge manipulative bitch. She led me to believe that we would be intimate so three times I spent gas money to come see her (she was an hour away) and each time I took her out to lunch/dinner. Even before this when we lived in the same town, I spent time cooking for us. Never even got a kiss. She just wanted me over because she was hungry and lonely. She didn’t say this though, she led me to believe (in manipulative ways) that she wanted sex too. Now I’m dealing with the distress of having spent my hard earned money for nothing. For the past month I’ve asked her politely for it back. She’s refused. This morning she laughed at me and called me pathetic and blocked me. I don’t think I can just let this go, I’ve let people walk over me for too long. What can I do? Is this a cause for legal action?
