Well, if people are saying to abstain from masturbation/porn addiction then maybe there is something wrong with it and maybe it is harming you on some level. You, not anyone else. If you don’t see it, I don’t really care, this isn’t for you.

The whole idea of NoFap is abstaining from lustful practices that can affect your mental and sexual health, based on what I’ve understood about it. Nothing wrong with masturbation in itself. No one is telling you to get fuckin blue balls.

That’s why I suggested you look into it instead of writing it off with ‘it’s not harming anyone’. Or maybe you know about the symptoms that come from excessive masturbation & pornography and just don’t care. And I can attest to the fact that it does cause some issues because I’ve been there before. This shit isn’t for everybody but I’m trying to give something for people who want to improve themselves.
